Can I pay online and pick up in-store?

Yes, if you would like to purchase online and save on postage you can pick up in-store at Shop 4-5/700 Frankston Dandenong Road Carrum Downs. During checkout you will have the option to ship or pick up in-store. Tick the box marked pick up in-store and follow the prompts to complete your order.

Can I pay over the phone and pick up in-store?

Yes, you can purchase and pay for your order over the phone by calling us on 1300 863 117. At checkout follow the prompts. If you proceed without calling us your order will come through to us as pending. If you have not called us, we will call you. Once the order has been paid for we will complete and allocate to either ship or pick up.

Do you have a lay-by facility?

Yes, we accept lay-by. We request that you leave a 10% deposit for the item/s to secure them. Our lay-by term is 4 weeks. This can be extended for a longer period with pre-approval from our store manager but we request part payments be made.

I have found what I am looking for on your site and would like to pick it up from your store. Can you put it on hold for me?

Yes, we have a 3 day holding facility. If you would like to hold it for longer we request a 10% deposit for the item.

 

Do you have a physical store?

Yes, we have a showroom at Shop 4-5/700 Frankston Dandenong Road Carrum Downs, Victoria 3201. We have a massive superstore showcasing caravans, camper trailers, a large range of tents on display as well as a large range of camping gear. What if I dont receive my parcel?

Yes, we will not give away any personal information you provide to us. At checkout you will be taken through a HTTPS (secure) connection to complete your transaction. The only time we will use your personal information is if we have your permission to do so or to book a courier or send you a parcel.

We try as best as we can to upload new stock that comes into the store as quickly as possible. If there is something in particular you are looking for and it's not listed on our website, give us a call on 1300 863 117 or email us at sales@vancruiser.com.au and if the item you are looking for is from a supplier that we deal with we will be more than happy to order it in for you. We request a 10% deposit if we are ordering in stock especially for you.

 

What payment options do you offer?

All orders received must be fully paid for before we can ship your order. If you are paying by bank transfer your item/s will be held in our warehouse until the funds have cleared. The speediest and most convenient payment method is via PayPal.

Prices advertised on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes and levies. Additional shipping costs are calculated after we receive your order.
